Before dental treatment – first visit
When you come to us, you can rest assured that we set aside plenty of time to get to know you and get to know us. In order for us to best help you maintain or achieve good dental health, it is important for us to know what your wants and needs are.
By conducting a thorough clinical examination and taking digital radiographs, we get an overview of the conditions in your mouth and possibly your treatment needs – and it is absolutely painless! We conclude the study with a tartar remover and toothbrush to remove coatings and discolorations.
Before the survey, we want you to fill out a health form. Dental health is closely related to general health and it is therefore important that we know whether you are using medicines or suffering from any illnesses. Certain illnesses and medications allow for reimbursement of social security benefits, so it is important that we get accurate information about your health.
Our dental treatments
An examination at the dentist is not complete without X-ray. We use digital radiographs to get an overview of the conditions in your mouth. This is quick and effective, saving you from radiation and the environment from toxic chemicals. Usually we take an overview picture (so-called op picture) that is taken from the outside. That is, you have nothing in your mouth during exposure
Good communication is important. We place great emphasis on getting accurate and understandable information about your dental health, as well as what you may need to do to get optimal dental health. If dental treatment is to be performed, you will be given a new hour. We will always give you information on possible treatment options and of course a written cost estimate.
